• Curd, cream, butter, mayonnaise, margarine, and ghee
• Fish, mutton, and red, etc.
• Table salt
• Artificial drinks like diet coke, juices, and soups, etc.
• Coffee
• Whole milk, flavored milk, and soya-milk

2. Limit salt and caffeine – It increases the stress level as well as harms your kidneys. The high amount of caffeine and salt in your body increases your blood pressure, skin problems; sleep problems, and many more. High consumption of everything is always harmful to your health. So to remove stress from your mind, it is essential to limit salt and caffeine intake because stress causes kidney disease.

3. Set aside time to relax – It can be anything. You might like to read books, practice yoga, watch the movie, and do anything to relax your mind or body. Add some me time in your calendar to implementing the activities in your routine that you feel relaxing.
